Morning workshop
Creating and communicating relevant value is the cornerstone of all marketing as well as pricing. This session will help you understand customer motivations and how to create relevant value and communicate it effectively to existing and potential audiences.

Who is it for?
Anyone involved in setting or delivering marketing and communications strategy.

What will I learn?
How to provide relevant value and communicate it effectively in order to meet customer needs.

Afternoon workshop
How do you make sure that your pricing strategy reflects the value of your offer? This session will link value to pricing and will include a new model to create an effective pricing strategy. The session will also be an opportunity to work through any key pricing, discounting or revenue management issues faced by delegates, so bring along your most pressing pricing problems or questions.

Who is it for?
Anyone who is currently involved, or who thinks they should be more involved, in pricing and revenue management strategy.

What will I learn?
How to match price and value, how to use pricing in sales promotions and how to use revenue management to maximise both sales and income.

Birmingham 18 February, Birmingham Conservatoire
Morning session: 10.00am to 1.00pm
Afternoon session: 1.30pm to 5.00pm
Full day (both sessions): 10.00am to 5.00pm




COST

Half day (morning workshop only or afternoon workshop only): £75 + VAT (AMA members) or £125 + VAT (non members).
Full-day workshop: £133 + VAT (AMA members) or £193 + VAT (non members).
